The amount of clients needing to use our services has increased steadily so the partners decided that a separate department solely dedicated to this specialist area should be created.
Working in conjunction with builders, developers, architects and bankers, the Land and New Homes team work very hard to get new developments to the market across Kent. New builds virtually always command a premium over the second hand market and we increasingly find that it is possible to sell a high percentage of units off-plan. The result is that all participants in the process are very happy and can look at moving on to the next project more quickly.
