  • Fee £150.00 (including VAT) per Applicant
  • Fee £250.00 (including VAT) per Couple
  • Fee £50.00 (including VAT) for additional Applicants or Licenced Occupiers
  • Fee £55.00 (including VAT) per Guarantor


Administration Fees Payable on Signing the Tenancy Agreement

(Applies to the Tenancy/Property and NOT each applicant)

 

  • Inventory £30.00 (including VAT)
  • Check-in £35.00 (including VAT) - (please note you can opt out of this one)
  • Check-out £50.00 (including VAT)


Possible Charges Payable during the Tenancy

 

Renewal £60.00 (including VAT)
Telephone Calls chasing rent arrears £6.00 (including VAT) per call charged to your deposit
Letters and correspondence £12.00 (including VAT) per item charged to your deposit
Personal Visits (due to arrears/breach) £25.00 (including VAT) per visit charged to your deposit

Abortive pre-arranged visits by us or contractors

  (eg. You are not in for a pre-arranged inspection)  

£25.00 (including VAT) per visit charged to your deposit

Bounced cheques/reversed Standing Orders

£18.00 (including VAT) per item

 

Please note that there is a charge of 3% if you pay by credit card. There is no charge for Debit Cards or Bank Payments.
