New Romney is a small town in Kent, England, on the edge of Romney Marsh, an area of flat, rich agricultural land reclaimed from the sea after the harbor began to be silted in. New Romney was once a sea port, with the harbour adjacent to the church, but is now more than a mile from the sea. It is the headquarters of the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway.

The Romney Marsh is a special area of coast and countryside with a relaxed feel. For many it is of course home, but every year thousands of people descend to the villages that make up this diverse area for their holidays. The shop has an 18' picture window frontage and a depth of about 45'. The current tenant is retiring at he end of the lease and therefore the shop is now available for rent.
Currently installed is a modular false ceiling with flush fitting diffused lighting and a Fujitsu ceiling cassette heating/cooling unit (not tested or warranted)
